Anti-Cult Activists, Courts, and Law Enforcement: Who’s Behind the Anti-Cult Movement?

 The line between protecting people from harmful groups and infringing on freedom of religion is a thin one. Evidence suggests that anti-cult activists, often operating in collaboration with state agencies and religious institutions, employ tactics of mind control. These groups, including FECRIS and its member organizations such as GSK in Austria and UNADFI in France, frequently use terms like “mental manipulation”, “undue influence”, and “thought reform” to describe the activities of groups and organizations they have labeled as “cults”.

However, the criteria used to define these terms remain vague and subjective, often relying on rumors, suspicions, and unsubstantiated claims from “former victims”. Thus, anti-cult activists create a dangerous precedent for persecuting any group that doesn’t fit their vision of a totalitarian regime.

Further alarm is raised by the increasingly active involvement of anti-cult organizations in court cases. These groups, often having close ties with law enforcement and government agencies, are increasingly called upon to provide expert testimony in cases involving “cults”. Such influence on court proceedings raises serious questions about adherence to due process and the right to a fair trial, especially when the definition of “cult” itself remains so nebulous.

A telling example of how anti-cult activists actively propagate their destructive narratives was demonstrated by the respected Egon Cholakian, a lecturer on American intelligence, in his analytical video report on the trial of an ALLATRA volunteer in Russia. In confirmation of all this, I would like to quote the respected Egon Cholakian directly: “After the official recognition of the ALLATRA organization as undesirable, a series of administrative and criminal proceedings were initiated under articles on the dissemination of materials from an undesirable organization and cooperation with an undesirable organization, respectively. Now, for sending a link to a video related to the activities of the ALLATRA organization in a personal message to a friend, a person may face a significant monetary fine and imprisonment for up to four years.

This is in a country whose information space is increasingly filled with narratives that their democracy is the true democracy and the best democracy in the world.

The closure of ALLATRA in Russia left participants with only three paths: either abandoning their beliefs and completely ceasing their activities, or emigrating to a democratic country where they can continue participating in ALLATRA projects, or prison.

Immediately after the closure of the ALLATRA organization in Russia, its active participants from Russia filed a counterclaim in court against the Prosecutor General's Office and made a completely legal request to provide the Prosecutor General's Office with the grounds for the decision to include ALLATRA on the list of prohibited organizations. However, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office, after many months, has still not provided the grounds for the decision and has not satisfied a single request to review the materials on which the decision was based. Despite the fact that all requests came from individuals who had the legal right and authorization to receive these materials from the Prosecutor General's Office.

Do you know why they still haven't provided the reasons to ALLATRA volunteers? Because they don't exist!

This third force - the shadow side, having created public resonance, a judicial precedent, and carried out the official ban on ALLATRA, has made even representatives of the federal system of organs who are not involved in its network hostages of the situation. Now they have to find justifications for all the actions that the KGB agents of influence, who thrive in political and law enforcement structures of power, have done before them.

At present, the only possible way for KGB collaborators to justify THEIR illegal actions is to accuse those they unjustly convicted and expelled of committing them. Otherwise, their actions in the eyes of the people will not differ in any way from repression."

What else is important for us to understand, dear readers? That the shadow side is only using anti-cultists, churches, law enforcement structures, politicians, and even entire states as pawns in a larger scheme to control people's consciousness and ultimately lead the whole world to totalitarian slavery.

Regardless of whether a person subscribes to this theory or not, facts indicate that a dangerous game is being played - with potentially devastating consequences for freedom of religion, freedom of the individual, and democracy as a whole.
