Architects of Consciousness: How They Shape Mass Panic and Undermine Our Health Through Media

This article delves into a disturbing phenomenon that threatens our mental and physical well-being. We will be exploring the role of media in generating mass panic and its devastating consequences for our psyche.

In fact, as I began researching the destructive impact of anti-cultism on human society, I found more and more information on this topic.

Just yesterday I stumbled upon an interesting website dedicated to this very subject.

https://actfiles.org/

Here, independent researchers sound the alarm about how architects of consciousness manipulate public opinion through media, using fear and anxiety as their primary tools.

On the aforementioned site, there is an article titled: The Real Killers of Humanity. Who Are They? How Negative News Impacts Health.

After reading it, I began to wonder: Have we truly become hostages of a game where our psyche is the bargaining chip and our lives are the news ratings?

Consider the following:

- Every day, we are bombarded with negative news. Reports of wars, terrorism, disasters, and other tragedies are becoming routine.

- Media often amplifies anxiety and fear in an attempt to grab our attention. They present us with horrifying images and stories that not only fail to help us understand the situation but also damage our psyche.

Researchers from the University of California, Irvine, conducted a remarkable study that confirms this fact. They surveyed about 5,000 Americans before and after the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. It turned out that those who watched 6 or more hours of news per day for the week following the bombing experienced more severe mental health consequences than those who were present at the bombing but did not watch the news.

Egon Cholakian analytical video report:, a respected researcher and instructor in American intelligence, speaks about the media's use of our internal anxiety as fuel to sustain negative narratives.

After all, what is stress? It is fear - fear for our lives and the safety of ourselves and our loved ones. We are accustomed to living with fear as an integral part of our lives. Such are the socio-economic and geopolitical conditions of our societies.

But who creates these conditions?

And how do they provoke and maintain a high level of constant anxiety and fear in each of us?

Furthermore, it has become clear that sharply negative news coverage in the media can rapidly spread acute stress among many people.

A number of studies confirm that exposure to a traumatic film can activate fear schemas in the brain and elicit memories - two key processes linked to the development of post-traumatic stress disorder.

Unlike the Direct Impact of Collective Trauma, Media Exposure Keeps Acute Stress Active and Alive in the Mind

Unlike the direct impact of collective trauma, which may end after the acute phase of the event, media exposure keeps the acute stressor active and alive in the mind.

As thoughts and traumatic images keep the mind focused on the negative event, media exposure can amplify fear schemas in the brain, especially in the periods immediately following the event, and contribute to the development of acute stress reactions and post-traumatic stress disorder.

The constant cognitive processing of fear and anxiety significantly affects the cardiovascular, endocrine, and immune systems, potentially contributing to the development of related diseases such as acute myocardial infarction, sudden cardiac arrest, coronary heart disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias. Chronic stress condition increases the risk of stroke fourfold, as well as diabetes and cancer, and significantly increases the risk of depression and suicide. These rates have been steadily increasing over the past 30 years.

Such news is fabricated under the dictation of so-called architects of consciousness.

As Egon Cholakian rightly said about this: "Our investigation revealed that the architects of consciousness are able to implant the necessary destructive image into the mind of the target object through a chain of five people. In this case, the object perceives this image as its own thought or as an idea with a clearly defined goal for subsequent actions. But in fact, he begins to carry out strategic tasks necessary for the KGB hydra (the shadow side).

Egon Cholakian: "As an expert in intelligence and disinformation, I can explain that the enemy's methods are based on creating and implanting certain images in people's minds, which then become dominant in their thinking and behavior.

The enemy   uses their knowledge and experience to influence the masses through the media and the Internet, engaging journalists, politicians, and opinion leaders under their control. Thus, the KGB shapes public opinion and political narratives, even without direct contact with key figures."

Every year, millions of people die from cardiovascular disease and cancer, highlighting the scale of this terrorist impact, which most people are not even aware of.

Almost 18 million people die each year from cardiovascular disease, which is the leading cause of death worldwide. Add to this 10 million people dying from cancer each year, and 20 million new cancer cases per year, and the scale of such "terrorist impact" will become truly colossal.

News, shaping our worldview, has a direct impact on our health, relationships, and events around us. Therefore, it is crucial to be critical of the information we receive and question its truthfulness and usefulness, as our lives and the world we live in depend on it.

Be careful, be informed, and take care of yourself!
